We aim to keep RoundOne available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party failures.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to RoundOne if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created risk for other users, misused the platform, or where suspension is required for legal, operational, or security reasons.
You may stop using the service at any time. If you want your cloud account data removed, use the account deletion controls in the app or contact us.
12. Consumer Rights, Disclaimers, and Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
